If you wish to return an item, please contact us at info@spiritfashion.co.uk  for a returns reference within 14 days of receipt and we will refund or credit.

Once we have emailed you a returns reference, please organise and pay for the return of the items to:

Spirit Fashion Returns, 3 High Street, Devizes, Wiltshire, SN101AT.

Returned items must be in perfect condition with all labels and tags attached. Please remember to enclose the original Order Form in the package along with the item.

Online purchases may be returned in person to Spirit Fashion, Devizes, (please check with current restricted opening hours,) however we are unable to refund in store.

Sale goods may be returned for a credit unless faulty in which case they will be refunded.

We cannot accept returns on earrings, underwear, socks or masks for hygiene reasons.

We will send you an email confirming that we have received your item and once approved, will refund you via the same method of purchase; we aim to refund within 5 working days.

If you wish to exchange an item, please notify our Returns Department via email at info@spiritfashion.co.uk of your intent to return and make a new purchase online.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer free return labels; all items are the responsibility of the customer until returned to Spirit Fashion.

Spirit Fashion reserves the right to reject exchanges or returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
