RETURNS

Not everything is perfect, so if you need to return your purchase you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to pop it back to us for an exchange or refund.

We kindly ask that you make sure all products are returned in perfect condition, with their original packaging and labels still attached. Please remember to enclose your order form and state reason for returning.

Your order number is your returns reference.

Underwear, Socks and earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

If your are local you can return your order in store for a refund/exchange or credit.

For postal returns please follow the steps below

1. Ensure you are returning within the 14 day time frame

2. Pop the unwanted items back into their packaging or suitable returns packaging so that the items are completely protected

3. Enclose the original order form and write a note with a reason for your return

4. Send it back to us at the following address via recorded service, so you have proof of postage, by courier of your choice:

Unfortunately we are not able to offer a pre paid returns label, all items are the responsibility of the customer until returned to Spirit.

Spirit Fashion reserves the right to reject exchanges or returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
