Postage & Shipping

Once your order has been successfully processed you will receive an order confirmation from WorldPay. In addition, a second confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been despatched which will include a consignment number.

All UK orders are sent out via DHL Domestic Express. This is an express delivery service so please allow 1-2 working days for delivery. All deliveries require a signature. Standard cost for UK delivery is £5.95. If your receipt has “IN SEPARATE PACKAGE” stamped over an item, this is because it is being sent from a different location but should arrive at the same time.

You can track all UK parcels online by visiting the DHL website www.dhl.co.uk.

DHL Express does not include weekend delivery therefore orders placed on a Friday will not arrive until the following week.

Shipments cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.

All international orders are sent via Airmail. Standard cost for parcels being delivered within Europe is £12.00, please allow up to one week for delivery. The standard cost for parcels being delivered to the rest of the world is £20.00, please allow up to two weeks for delivery.

Cancelling your order

The United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations give you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from spiritfashion.co.uk, for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

You must inform Spirit (Devizes) Ltd via email or in writing within 7 days clearly stating your order number.

For orders that are 'Awaiting Dispatch' it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched.

If however your order has already shipped, you will need to return the order to us.

Return an item

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item or items with proof of purchase to us within 14 days of receipt. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging and labels. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.

After satisfactory inspection of your return we will issue a refund for the goods on receipt. Refund timescales may vary so please allow 14 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement. Some products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

All packages returned must have a proof of postage as Spirit (Devizes) Ltd is not liable for the loss of items during return transit.

Exchange an item

Please follow the 'Return an Item' procedure for the return of the item you would like to exchange. You can purchase the new item at any time as a separate transaction.

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Spirit (Devizes) Ltd is not liable for the cost of returning items.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact Online Customer Service quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us. Upon receipt of your goods we will either refund, replace or repair your item.

If you receive an incorrect item

If you suspect that the item you received is not what you have ordered, please contact Online Customer Service quoting your order number, your name, telephone number and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. *Note: when trying on items of clothing do not remove labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume, aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
