Once your order has been successfully processed you will receive an order confirmation from WorldPay. In addition, a second confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been despatched which will include a consignment number.

All orders are sent out via DHL Domestic Express. This is a an express delivery service so please allow 1-2 working days for delivery. All deliveries require a signature. Standard cost for delivery was £5.95, we are currently offering free delivery for UK orders. If your receipt has "IN SEPARATE PACKAGE" stamped over an item, this is because it is being sent from a different location but should arrive at the same time.

DHL Express does not include weekend delivery therefore orders placed on a Friday will not arrive until the following week..

Shipments cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses.
